Not much to report

Just plodding along. Forever plodding, sometimes power walking up the bridge, always with the buggy, always late.

This is the kind of reason why I am always late.
Anyway. I have been christmas shopping, wrapping presents, frantically trying and failing to crochet christmas presents, visiting Noel in hospital and searching in vain for more lost things (a £20 voucher for an online yarn store *sob*, one of Brooke's christmas presents (a torch) and also a huge toothbrush which comes with a giant set of teeth, lent by nursery to encourage the girls with teeth brushing.) WHERE does all this stuff go?

I've also been kicked, pinched, had my hair pulled, called stupid and in one colossal tantrum, THROTTLED with my own scarf. Let's move on...

We took the girls to Winter Wonderland as a treat for Brooke managing three good nights of going to bed nicely. That stung the pockets somewhat but the girls were delighted and it looked pretty.

I got yelled at on Kilburn High Road by an elderly lady who took huge offence at Taya's lack of headwear. Everyone at the bus stop stared at me to check out my poor parenting. I managed to restrain myself from yelling at her to show me her patented device for toddler hat retainment. Honestly, does she think the thought has never occurred to me? Look at my poor mistreated children.

Finally, whilst checking my hair for nits I found... my first grey hair. There's not really much to say about that, is there? (except that I bought a Nitty Gritty comb and my head stopped itching before I'd even used it)
